Established in 2012 and registered in Beihai Industrial Park, Beihai Liuhe Electronics Co., Ltd. is a Hong Kong–Macao joint venture specializing in the R&D, manufacturing and sales of integrated circuits, electronic components and electronic products. The company operates nearly 100,000 square metres of factory space, including 60,000 square metres of cleanroom area, and employs more than 1,200 people. It is one of Beihai's key electronic-information manufacturers.

Liuhe Electronics operates advanced fully automated SMT lines, AI-enabled insertion equipment and automated test systems, supported by wave-soldering processes and functional-test workshops. More than 10 billion placement components are processed annually. Certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, the company combines intelligent manufacturing with rigorous quality control to deliver 5G- and AI-enabled solutions for industrial and consumer-electronics customers. Its portfolio includes smart-display devices, audio products, IoT terminals and communications electronics, alongside diversified EMS and ODM services for long-term strategic brand partners.

The company invests in talent development and industry–academia collaboration with universities and vocational colleges, and leads Beihai's electronic-information industry–education consortium. By connecting electronic components with finished-product assembly, the project filled a former gap in circuit-board assembly within the local industrial park, helping reinforce and complete the regional electronics supply chain.
