About the Capacitor Division

Capacitor manufacturing spans nailing, winding, impregnation, assembly, cleaning, sleeving and aging tests, with dedicated systems supporting different product sizes and process stages.

The division develops and produces the full low-, medium- and high-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor range — mini, snap-in, high-frequency low-impedance, low-leakage, NP and BP types — with specifications from 4×5 mm to 30×50 mm for a wide range of applications.

From electrode nailing and element winding through impregnation, assembly, cleaning, sleeving and aging tests, each core stage is connected by purpose-built production equipment.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY

Specification coverage, connected production and batch aging form the equipment foundation.

CAPABILITY / STRUCTURE

Broad size coverage

Product specifications span 4×5 mm to 30×50 mm, covering mini, snap-in and other capacitor types for different applications.

Connected manufacturing

Integrated lines link nailing, winding, impregnation, assembly, cleaning and sleeving across all voltage ranges.

Batch aging tests

The tunnel aging and testing system supports 9,000–27,000 pcs for batch verification and high product reliability.

PROCESS OUTLINE

Core equipment follows a clear route from element forming to aging verification.

PROCESS / ROUTE

The equipment configuration supports the main capacitor manufacturing stages while keeping product specifications and process requirements aligned.

  1. Nailing and winding

Form the capacitor element with foil sized to the product specification, establishing the base structure of the element.

  2. Impregnation and assembly

Connect impregnation and component assembly on the integrated line for consistent impregnation.

  3. Cleaning and sleeving

Complete surface cleaning and sleeving before aging verification for appearance and insulation.

  4. Aging and testing

Run batch aging and testing within the supported size and capacity ranges to support high outbound reliability.
